Job Title: Paid Social Manager
Location: We're remote-first (meaning we'd never ask you to come in for set days a week), but we'd love to see you in our London office on occasion for team days, collaborative working and if you need somewhere to work ahead of socials
Salary: £34k-£40k (depending on experience)
The Goat Agency is the global leading influencer marketing agency. We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to join us and work with some of the biggest brands in the world. We have a fantastic culture with a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in and has the chance to excel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaigns
- Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery team
- Optimizing social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channels
- Being data focused and mathematically inclined
- Displaying creativity when using ad tools
- Driving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify views
- Tracking conversion and pixel implementation
- Explaining a paid strategy to clients
- Working well in teams and thriving under pressure
- Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying strategies for each brand and their target audience
- Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media services
- Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered
- Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns
- Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with results
- Running global campaigns
- Proficient reporting
- Confidently solving problems for our global clients
Required experience to apply:
- 3+ years experience in paid social media
- Have the ability to work within a team & individually
- Motivated to run global campaigns
- Have the ability to work under pressure & to deadlines
