Are you passionate about the outdoors? If so, we may have the perfect role for you Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to support in leading the team in an exciting outdoor brand in a busy tourist location

We are looking for a new leader who is passionate about the outdoors and can bring that energy to their store As a supervisor you will be creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop, as well as inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in store to success
  • Drive performance and retail sales
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
  • Work along side your team to grow your store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
  • Support your store manager in day to day running of the store
  • Develop the team through great learning and development

Previous experience working with fashion is desirable but not essential, what is essential is having a passion for the outdoors
