We are delighted to be partnered with one of the midlands most exciting ecommerce brands in their search for a Paid Media Manager.

My client is an established and loved ecommerce retailer who are continuing to grow their internal teams.


Supported by the wider in-house digital, marketing and trading teams this role offers a huge opportunity for career growth.


Job Specification:

  • Support the Head of Performance Marketing in the continued development and improvement of the paid media strategy – PPC, Shopping and Pmax
  • Your focus will be to drive Paid channel performance. Taking ownership over the strategy, making impactful changes, with a solid test and learn approach
  • Fully optimise paid campaigns and activity to support the most commercial plan that delivers cost-efficient, incremental value.
  • The role requires you to be hands on in platform. Using data analysis and performance metrics to fine-tune campaigns, including bid adjustments, keyword expansion, ad copy testing and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
