International Admissions Lead - Sales role - Education Sector

Westbourne School is looking for a results-oriented International Admissions Lead with a proven track record in student recruitment within the education sector. This role is all about sales, strategy, and expanding our global presence – perfect for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


About the Role:


You’ll be at the heart of our international recruitment efforts, responsible for driving student enrolments and expanding our market presence across key global regions. This is not an administrative position – it’s a sales role where success is measured by your ability to generate leads, close deals, and build relationships that drive enrolment growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales-Driven Strategy: Execute and refine our international student recruitment strategy to achieve ambitious enrolment targets.


  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop recruitment opportunities in new and existing markets.


  • Global Representation: Travel internationally to attend fairs, events, and meet prospective families, educational agents, and partners.


  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with agents and recruitment partners to expand our global network.


  • Data-Driven Sales: Track and analyze market data to optimize recruitment strategies and deliver strong results.


What You’ll Bring:


  • Sales Expertise in Education: Demonstrated success in an international student recruitment or education sales role.


  • Global Mindset: Experience working across international markets, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.


  • Networking Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with agents, families, and partners.


  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding enrolment targets in a sales-driven environment.


  • Adaptability & Drive: Comfortable with international travel and flexible working hours.


Salary commensurate with experience.
