About the Role:

We are seeking a Solicitor, Senior Solicitor, or Associate Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join the Commercial Property team in Reading, offering hybrid working arrangements.

In this role, you will handle a diverse range of matters including leasehold and freehold transactions, development work, secured lending, and first registrations. You will have the chance to build your own caseload while also collaborating with seasoned colleagues on larger projects. The team’s clientele spans large landed estates, developers, charities, universities, schools, lenders, businesses, and private individuals.

Our team is known for being friendly and supportive, with training provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned caseload of clients.
  • Process clients’ cases efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain the highest professional standards in line with the firm’s objectives and quality standards.
  • Keep clients fully informed about the range of services the firm offers.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold at least a 2.1 degree.
  • Be enthusiastic and hardworking.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be a team player with a reputable track record.
  • Share and embody our values of excellence, integrity, and approachability.
