Position: Menswear Designer

Location: Broughton, North Wales.

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Creative Director

What you will do:

  • Create new designs on a daily basis following initial set briefs and collate these into lines for presentation to the wider product team
  • Be versatile in style of designs, with the ability to switch up your ideas and make amendments according to feedback
  • Create detailed CADs and tech-packs for team and supplier use
  • Create and regularly update linesheets per collection
  • Work alongside our Garment Technicians & Models in fit sessions on new development and make comments/adjustments accordingly
  • Liaise with Suppliers and Manufacturers to implement design adjustments and amendments, with clear communication and a high level of organisation
  • Produce ideas for new product lines and product expansion across the brand offering
  • Assist with collecting, understanding, and suggesting new fabrics and manufacturing techniques
  • Provide key trend forecasts for the wider creative team
  • Assist with repeat pattern and print developments
  • Work under time constraints and to meet deadlines, with the passion and ability to work reactively to the business needs as and when these arise


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in menswear design, preferably within the loungewear/ streetwear sector.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and a deep understanding of streetwear culture.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
