Business Change Partner (Finance Transformation)


Job Type: 2 year FTC, Full-time, Flexible Working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)


We are seeking an experienced Business Change Partner to join our client and lead the successful delivery and adoption of change within their finance transformation programme. In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the organisation’s change management needs, creating strategies to maximize employee adoption, and minimizing resistance. You'll oversee a programme-wide view of multiple change initiatives, managing their collective impact to ensure seamless transitions. By focusing on the people side of change, you’ll play a vital role in helping the organisation achieve its desired business outcomes, ensuring projects are embraced and successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of business change strategies for the finance transformation programme.
  • Assess change impacts and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful project transitions into operational use.
  • Manage transition processes and mitigate risks associated with change.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in both matrix and virtual environments, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide a holistic view of the various change initiatives, ensuring smooth and coordinated delivery across the programme.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in Change Management, with a strong background in leading change initiatives in complex business environments.
  • Proven Finance Transformation Change Management experience within FTSE organisation
  • A Change Management qualification (e.g., PROSCI) and expertise in Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment, driving change while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
