Paid Media Manager (In-house - PPC and Paid Social)

Salary up to £48,000

Brighton / Sussex / Hybrid


We are looking for a Paid Media Manager, to join a successful eCommerce business that operate globally and have an office in Brighton. Their in-house Paid Media team is expanding, and they are looking for experience covering programmatic and shopping channels. This could be an interesting opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Executive to step up.


Responsibilities for this job include:-


  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search and shopping strategies across platforms relevant channels.
  • Manage and optimise keyword targeting, bid strategies and ad copy to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.
  • Deliver and manage regular performance analysis and optimisation, including A/B testing and campaign refinements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve optimal results and ROI.


For this job, you should have:-


  • Extensive hand on experience of managing Paid Social and Paid Media campaigns, either in-house or agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords and other PPC platforms, aswell as Meta and other social media platforms.
  • At least 4 year’s experience in Paid Media management for a consumer brand, ideally eCommerce.
  • Proven experience in paid search and shopping campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
  • Experience managing £m’s budgets, forecasting performance, and achieving targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
