SAP Finance Manager (SAC & PAPM


London – Hybrid (3 times a week in the office)


£70-80k Base


Our client transformation team is driving the ongoing shift from the current SAP ECC landscape to S/4HANA, aiming to enhance overall functionality, reporting, and processes within a fast-paced commercial setting.


Working closely with external implementation partners, internal digital and technology teams, and the finance department, we are designing and implementing a modern ERP system that is fit for purpose and meets the business's requirements.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager and collaborate with a wider team of five, responsible for reporting, allocations, and enterprise structure.

Your primary focus will be on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM).


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the build team to understand the configuration of SAC, S/4HANA, and PAPM, also require detailed recent building end reporting and planning and allocation solutions skills.
  • Develop and execute UAT test scripts for SAC, S/4HANA, and PAPM
  • Provide support to implementation partners during the build phase
  • Develop and deliver training for the reporting and analytics teams and the wider finance department
  • Assist in the smooth decommissioning of legacy systems


Skills and Experience

  • Experience in developing SAC stories, data analysis, managing live and import models, and maintaining the SAC calendar
  • Experience with SAP PAPM
  • Prior experience with ERP implementations
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
