About the Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the brand’s marketing strategy. You will lead a talented team, shape the brand’s narrative, and play a pivotal role in scaling their presence in the DTC wellness space. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, driving growth and brand recognition across all channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Shape and strengthen the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, from social media to email marketing and beyond.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships, to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure success, optimize campaigns, and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives, personalized campaigns, and a deep understanding of our audience’s needs.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of every dollar spent.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

A wealth of marketing experience within a leadership role, preferably in ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, or wellness.
