Responsibilities:
The Time and Attendance specialist, EMEA, will support the Time & Attendance Manager, and EMEA payroll team by administering the Global Time and Attendance tool and processes for countries in EMEA using the system. The role will will drive consistency and stability for users of this high profile system. With your sound knowledge of either Kronos or ADP Enterprise eTime, you will use your expertise on a daily basis to both problem solve, and ensure efficient processes are in place.
- Oversee the monthly processing of eTime in relation to the payroll cycle, ensuring approvals have been obtained, payroll files have been run and processed by payroll country owners, and reporting has been delivered
- Manage regular reporting schedule and distribute as required across the business, and consider and act upon new reporting requests
- Alongside payroll country owners, respond and resolve employee queries relating to eTime assigned by the HR Services team
- Support Time & Attendance Manager with ad hoc queries and change requests from the business
- Raise and manage tickets with ADP for queries, fixes, or enhancements
- Assist with any internal communications required relating to eTime
- Manage annual data changes and uploads for all countries in the EMEA region in partnership with ADP
- Support with any updates required to internal training material
- Maintain service relationship with ADP and escalate as required
Qualifications:
- Experience working with ADP eTime or Kronos in a system administrative role
- Experience of supporting Time and Attendance systems in an operational capacity, preferably within a payroll team
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Structured/Organized/ approach
- Flexibility and adaptability to support simultaneous business demands and deadlines
- Previous payroll experience
- Previous experience within a pan-European environment or EMEA team
