Are you an experienced litigation lawyer looking for your next challenge? If so, then we could have the perfect opportunity for you as one of our clients who are a firm of solicitors based in Essex who offer transactional and contentious work for private and business clients are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join them to manage a case load of interesting disputes.


The Firm

The Firm is highly regarded in the area and boast an interesting client base of medium and high net worth individuals, small and medium sized businesses and start ups. Although new they have already grown to around 50 staff and they have a great forward thinking and relaxed culture.


The Team

This is to work with one of the senior partners who is really lovely She is supportive and friendly and likes mentoring so will take you under her wing. This is a newly created role and has great progression prospects.


The Role

The successful litigation solicitor will work closely with the partner across a range of contentious matters including commercial and civil litigation, family, property disputes, debt recovery, contractual and shareholder disputes and employment disputes.


You can look forward to managing your own caseload and assisting the partner on the larger and more complex matters.


The Requirements

They are very open to the level of candidate so are open to anyone with experience from NQ upwards.


You may be a specialist in one of the areas of litigation or be a generalist.


Previously candidates have joined from top city law firms seeking a work life balance, or from similar highly regarded regional firms.
