We are partnered with an, award-winning clean technology SME that is seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join their team.

As a key leader, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of procurement and materials. Their contributions will be vital to ensuring efficient and ethical supply chain operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and driving continuous improvement in material handling and systemic transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with delegated authority governance, and actively participate in quote work and negotiations.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels for all SKUs, contribute to monthly forecast reviews, and maintain agreed inventory levels to support seamless operations.
  • Identify and present opportunities for cost reduction through benchmarking and manage the Purchase Price Variance cycle by tracking and reporting cost variations.
  • Research, evaluate, and qualify new key suppliers to ensure an ethical supply chain free of slavery and corruption, while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers and monitoring key metrics.
  • Manage the flow, storage, and handling of all incoming and outgoing materials across various locations, ensuring efficient and scalable systemic material transactions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency in material handling and supply chain processes, while developing and maintaining accurate perpetual inventory counts and robust processes.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in procurement and materials management with working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Competent in using Sage 200; Salesforce competence is an advantage.
  • Procurement qualification, such as CIPS, is an advantage.
  • Strong ethical standards, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrates core values of innovation, collaboration, care, ownership, agility, and customer focus.
  • Contributes to a positive, creative, and professional company culture, nurtures a positive customer experience, and acts as a brand ambassador.
