The Role

As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Global Exposure: Engage in internal and external projects across various countries, understanding diverse markets and cultures.
  • Multicurrency Operations: Manage financial operations involving multiple currencies.
  • Excel and Modelling Skills: Utilize advanced Excel and financial modelling skills for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Strategic Focus: Lead and contribute to both internal and external strategic initiatives across group finance.
  • Project Management: Handle numerous projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Respond to unplanned, urgent tasks with agility and creativity.
  • Shareholder and Investor Relations: Manage and enhance communications and reporting for shareholders and investors working with senior finance leaders.
  • System Improvement: Enhance and streamline internal systems for better efficiency.
  • Global Reporting Process: Improve global reporting processes with a focus on system transformation.


The Successful Candidate

You are a driven professional with:

  • A strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Experience in managing multicurrency operations.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A background in strategic project work.
  • Experience in an M&A environment.
  • Experience in a PE backed company.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior group finance leadership
  • A proactive approach to system improvement and analysis
