Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Protection Contracts Manager located in Exeter. The Contracts Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to fire protection projects, including managing contracts, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Must know about Cavity Barriers, drylining, fire alarms, fire boarding and more
  • Experience in project management and contract administration
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems and regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in computer software related to project management
  • Relevant certifications in fire protection or construction management
  • Experience in the construction or fire protection industry is a plus
