The Role:


This is a senior management role with the broadest responsibility for the overall leadership of all Human Resource activities. You will partner with senior management to define and execute the HR strategy - ensuring alignment with the business and the Group’s People and Culture strategy.


You will lead practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture, emphasising quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, who is highly people centric and supportive you will work closely with colleagues in London and across the Group with responsibility for one direct report.


Your responsibilities will be both broad and generalist and require you to retain and see the benefit in retaining hands on involvement whilst providing a visionary strategy. Your duties will fall into the following categories:

You will need

The ability to originate and lead organisational strategies in HR.

A proven track record in talent management, succession planning and employee development.

Experience of leading the delivery of HR functions to the highest standard.

A strong commercial mindset and pragmatic approach to HR delivery

Proven relationship management skills able to achieve a win/win

Broad breadth of HR experience (+8 years) gained through experience and within a small to mid sized FS company.

A can do approach, ability to make things happen even when faced with adverse conditions/individuals.

Honesty and transparency, being open and sharing intelligence, willing to challenge.

Single minded enough to take the lead role for London but group affiliated to be part of a wider remote team.

Strong and effective communication skills, able to produce board papers and engaging presentations at all levels

You MUST be a Graduate with CIPD accreditation.
