We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Specialist to join our clients team, playing a critical role in overall security management and governance. This position is essential for achieving mission-critical workload hosting for our aviation customer in a challenging yet exciting environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Design and validate cloud solutions from a security perspective.
  • Promote security best practices within teams.
  • Develop automation code/scripts for security tasks.
  • Contribute to R&D projects on Cloud Security.
  • Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors to optimize security.
  • Document technical designs for integrating applications and systems.
  • Engage with customers regularly.
  • Work closely with IT operations to develop security solutions and baselines.


Requirements: Key strengths we seek include:

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud services and architectures.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with RHEL.
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Skills in Bash, Python, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network security.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure cloud security.
  • Knowledge of system architecture and hardening standards.
  • Understanding of security best practices and DevOps principles.
  • Certification in Security disciplines like CISSP, CISM.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Azure DevOps Solutions.
  • Azure Network Engineer Associate certification.
  • Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification.
  • Certified System Administrator.
