They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and lead the successful execution of their hydrogen technology manufacturing projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of project planning, implementation, and delivery, ensuring the highest quality standards and adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Be customer focused in leading the end-to-end project management lifecycle for hydrogen technology manufacturing projects, from initiation to completion (installation/commissioning)
  • Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and risks effectively, ensuring cost control and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and operations, to drive project success.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders at all levels, providing regular reports and presentations.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified engineer (mechanical and/or electrical)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a focus on technology-driven projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools from manufacturing/engineering, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving innovation in the clean energy sector.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
