Dynamic small to medium-sized consumer goods company is on the hunt for a Senior Brand Manager to spearhead the evolution of one of their beloved brands.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and expansion of leading brands in line with brand strategy.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the New York team, to develop territory-specific products.
  • Drive brand awareness and visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product development team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of products and brands, making recommendations for improvement as needed.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or brand management within the consumer goods industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • They will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach is essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
