Sales Negotiator - Grange & Kendal
Full time although part time considered
We are looking for a motivated team player to join our highly successful and enthusiastic Property Sales team. The role requires you to constantly prioritise a busy workload within tight deadlines including arranging and conducting viewings, dealing with vendors and purchasers and negotiating sales. In addition, you will be expected to be proactive in promoting all aspects of Poole Townsends services and providing a professional service to clients.
Whilst sales experience is desirable, we are happy to consider applicants with a background in customer service from other sectors. Direct Estate Agency knowledge is not essential as long as you have drive and passion to learn and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The role requires excellent organisation, communication and telephone skills.
This is a full-time position working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Grange and Thursday and Friday in Kendal including one in four Saturdays working (Grange or Kendal 9am-1pm).
