Direct Lending Operations

An exciting opportunity has come up at an established, but growing credit manager. They are looking for a direct lending ops associate to join a current team of two. In a very autonomous environment, they are looking for circa 5 years’ experience in a similar buy-side role, but we may also be able to consider service provider/trustee profiles. Candidates should have prior experience of working on loan portfolios, and ideally some sort of exposure to loan closing. You will also need to have an understanding of CLO structures, payment waterfalls and covenant tests. With all of this taken into consideration, direct lending will be the focus, however, as part of a broader team that looks after structured credit and direct lending, you will have the chance to get cross coverage.
