Your Opportunity


Scandit is seeking a great communicator and experienced B2B content marketer to help us evolve our content marketing function, supporting the end-to-end buying cycle - from building our profile to marketing campaigns to sales engagements. You will be responsible for planning and creating impactful content that attracts, engages and informs enterprises about the transformational power of using our best-in-class Smart Data Capture technology.

The role will work alongside other content marketers in the global External Communications, Campaigns and Content Marketing team, reporting to a Senior Content Marketing Manager. You’ll be part of a larger international marketing function working closely with some dynamic colleagues in Product, Digital, Events, Customer and Field Marketing.

What You Will Do


  • Plan, create and measure the performance of content across multiple formats to effectively deliver Scandit’s message globally, specifically to target industries such as transport & logistics.
  • Act as a content strategist to develop messaging and assets used throughout the buying lifecycle across awareness, demand generation, targeted ABM campaigns, public relations and sales engagements.
  • Work closely with Global Campaigns and Digital Marketing to promote and repurpose content across multiple communication channels to drive inbound leads.
  • Create assets such as whitepapers, videos, ad copy, blog posts, case studies, webcasts, webinars, email cadences, etc and develop new formats to continually improve our reach and cut-through with target audiences.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse key content performance metrics across various channels and using a range of tools (such as GA4) to drive constant improvements.


Who we look for


  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or other equivalent work experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; native English speaker preferred. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of B2B content creation and marketing in the IT/technology industry, with the ability to relate to target audiences ranging from developers to the C-suite.
  • Understanding of both proven and innovative content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, generative AI and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge/experience of working in Enterprise SaaS and in the transport & logistics, travel or supply chain industries a plus.
  • Your communication style is clear, informative, human and refreshing - reflecting our company’s innovative culture and values.
  • You have an editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences need and how to create content that meets their needs.
  • The ability to navigate an emerging market and deliver results in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Highly collaborative approach, able to effectively lead and support cross-functional projects, works well with stakeholders at all levels and across different regions.
  • Experience working with both internal resources and managing external vendors and other third-party contributors that play a role in the content creation, such as designers and external copywriters.
  • Ensure high standards in your own copywriting with good attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of tools such Google Analytics, WordPress and Marketo is a plus.
