CRM Architect

Qualification:Relevant Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science or equivalent or higher (IT related qualification may be required).

The CRM Architect will work closely with Business teams, Designers, and other platform Architects to design CRM solution for changes required. You will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Technical team to define and deploy the enhancements within agreed cost and schedule. You will be required to recommend improvements and optimisations to the solutions. The individual should be able to co-ordinate with different business and unit of the customer and different service providers to ensure the high-quality services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Configure, Develop and Support MS Dynamics in line with best practices.

Design D365 solutions that are in line with industry standards.

Lead technical discussions with business teams, Designers, Architects, and Project Managers.

Stay in line with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, releases, upgrades, and changes.

Continuously improve CRM implementation and enhance User satisfaction.

Manage competing deliverables and deadlines while retaining an eye for detail and quality.

Provide Technical leadership and support to a team of offshore Developers.

Liaise with other IT teams to develop joint design solution that meets organisation goals.

Build and manage relationship with customer stakeholders; business, functional & technical.

Proactively identify opportunities to add value existing engagement through automation, improving effectiveness..

Contribute to Presales, Estimation and Response to new business opportunities.

Technical Skills Required

Minimum 8+ years as Technical Architect/ Solution Designer on Dynamics 365 implementations (functional/technical)

Proven MS Dynamics Online/365 Design & Development Lead experience

Design, collaborate, and challenge Requirements to arrive at best possible Project outcome.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform development and configuration, advanced customisation

Worked on Custom controls with reference to PCF controls and PowerApp CLI.

Strong experience in C#, JavaScript, Typescript, , Fluent UI, Custom controls, UX & CSS

Experience in use of key IDE Visual Studio 2019, VS Code

Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows using C#

Strong analysis skills with an understanding of how to effectively translate business/functional requirements (user stories/needs) to the optimal D365 CRM solution design.

Good understanding and use of Web APIs, implementation, and testing

Experience in use of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data flows, Data Migration and Data fixes

Exposure to CRM Deployments, CI/CD & Azure API Management Services

Experience of working with DevOps (ADO) in Agile environment - Development Sprint expectations (Planning, Work Items (US, Task, Bugs), Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Bugs fix)

Good communicator, able to clearly discuss and convey technical details with client and internal teams. Experience working in Agile teams, working on multiple workstreams i.e. BAU (CR/Bugs), custom projects.

Develop own skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and research as well as formal training where required.
