Meridian Business Support are working with an established private client in the Sudbury area who are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join their medium / large sized nursing home.
The home is a purpose built and provides high levels of Elderly Dementia Care to residents living with Dementia and General Elderly care conditions.
As a Staff Nurse, you will be an integral part of our resident care team, providing high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, ensuring the overall well-being of residents.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
  • Providing emotional support and maintaining a comforting environment for residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely response to any changes in health status.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic and coordinated care.
  • Offer emotional support to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Essential Requirements:
  • NMC Registered RGN and RMN considered
  • Passionate about delivering a high-quality service that promotes the independence, choice and dignity of service users
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and friendly nature
  • Care planning skills
