The Role

As a Capital Markets Solicitor, you will bring extensive experience in a range of leveraged finance transactions. This includes acquisition financings, corporate recapitalisations, refinancings, high yield issuances, distressed debt purchases, and restructurings, with a specific focus on cross-border matters. Your role will involve structuring and negotiating complex deals, advising on syndicated loan facilities, private note placements, asset-based financings, mezzanine, and second-lien debt. Collaborate closely with our talented multidisciplinary teams, including M&A and tax lawyers, to deliver exceptional service and navigate international transactions seamlessly.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • experience in leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate recapitalisations, and high yield issuances.
