In this role, you will be:

  • A champion for safety, leading continuous improvement initiatives within the National AOC.
  • An air compliance guru, overseeing and monitoring a range of critical areas.
  • A data whiz, analysing trends and providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • A collaborator, fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
  • A global citizen, demonstrating cultural awareness when dealing with compliance across regions.


This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in aviation compliance.
  • A deep understanding of ISO, CAA, and EASA regulations.
  • Experience in auditing, investigation, and data analysis.
  • Leadership experience and a commitment to developing others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
