Due to the hyper growth of an already established “Bio” team at Northreach, we are looking for an experienced Consultant to join the ranks to help build our name and market share within the Life Sciences industry, particularly within start-ups and growing SME’s.
What will you be doing
- Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients in the Life Sciences arena
- Delivering to and fulfilling current positions at our expanding clients
- Building meaningful relationships with candidates and clients
- Evolving business development techniques
- Creating meaningful journeys for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Ability to give sound advice to candidates and clients within all things talent
- Represent yourself and your clients in the marketplace through the use of Social Media
- Meeting current and new clients both physically and through technology to build new relationships with current and new clients and candidates
- Mentoring more junior members of the team with development opportunities
- CRM Champion
Previous experience required
- Proven billing experience in a 360 recruitment role within the Life Sciences arena (strong preference for Clinical Operations or Medical Affairs skill sets)
- Evidence of strong consultative approaches when dealing with candidates on their CVs, interview advice and careers
- Demonstrable knowledge of business development activities
- Supporting clients with their recruitment needs, advice and market intel
- Time management skills, ability to prioritise important workloads
- Strong work ethic, evidence of following recruitment processes from start to finish
- Share new ideas and develop new processes
- Ability to hit monthly & quarterly targets
- Show good business acumen
- Strong decision making ability
