As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in providing commercial support for our business in the Midlands and Yorkshire area. You will be responsible for financial management, valuation of projects, maintaining accurate financial control systems, and supporting operational team’s om contract and commercial matters. This role may require travel to various sites to support staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial management and valuation of projects
Maintain accurate financial control systems and monthly reporting on cost values reconciliation
Provide support to operational teams on contract and commercial issues, facilitating the flow of information between site and office
Travel to sites as required to support staff and clients
Liaison with the Commercial Colleagues, review services to customers, both pre and post completion, and together with a quality product deliver the highest standard of customer satisfaction

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
At least three years of industry experience in a Quantity Surveyor in the Highways and/or local authority sector
Experience working with operations teams on cost-value reports and project management costs.
A valid UK driving licence
