We are currently looking for a Principal Engineer - Battery Performance for our client.

The Principal Engineer - Battery Performance will:
- battery system concepts from system level requirements by cell selection and pack sizing.
- battery data from tests, race events, and fleet operations.
- battery performance and safety through model simulations.
- with stakeholders at all levels as a battery performance representative.
- battery test strategies and protocols to confirm the functionality and security of battery systems.
The Principal Engineer - Battery Performance will have:
- in a STEM course or relevant equivalent experience.
- MATLAB experience analysing battery data.
- in battery system development programmes.
- experience in battery systems modelling and simulations.
- interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
