Who are you?
As our Head of Business Analytics you will oversee the strategic utilisation of data insights to drive informed decision-making and optimise operational performance within the organisation.
Reporting into the COO, your journey will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organisation's business objectives alongside with managing and leading a team of data analysts
You will be a/have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
- Capability to deliver complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic plans for operations and financial reporting aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of operational reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Develop strong forecasting models to deliver timely and precise financial predictions, considering market trends and the dynamics of the business environment.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts focusing on pricing and quality analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise pricing strategies and operational efficiency.
- Present essential financial indicators, trends, and evaluations to the Executive Team
- Define key performance metrics and benchmarks, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
