Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience
Location: North East Bristol
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property surveys, providing detailed reports, and ensuring that all conveyancing procedures are adhered to. This role involves liaising with clients, solicitors, and other property professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions.

Responsibilities include:
- Audio typing of department documentation
- Administering all client files
- Maintaining and sorting all mail to the department
- Making appointments, arranging meetings and to maintain an up to date diary
- Providing support to other secretaries and to support the office junior as and when required.
- To offer a professional service to clients both face to face and over the telephone.
- To assist with all file closures and to assist with the preparation of all files, Deeds, Wills, and securities.

To be considered for the role you must have:
- Previous Conveyancing experience within a professional organisation
- A high level of numeracy and literacy skills
- A strong knowledge of Word
- Self-motivation and be able to have a good eye for detail.
- The ability to work within a team.

Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with regular site visits.
- May involve occasional evening or weekend work to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Travel within the region as required.
- Free Parking on site
