We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our product team, focusing on our eMAR product. Bringing previous business analysis experience, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights and specifications for our product suite. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, enhancing user experience and driving growth of our product.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Product Category Managers to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Document, and prioritise business requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation
  • Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from user behaviour, usage patterns, and product performance metrics
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, to ensure alignment, prioritisation and successful execution of the product roadmap in line with agreed timeframes
  • Support with the planning and delivery of product launches and monitor and analyse ongoing customer feedback

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar roles, preferably within a SaaS business
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product development methodologies, and agile principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • A business analysis related qualification would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and methodologies is preferred
