A fantastic Independent Pharmacy group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for their Community Pharmacy situated within a GP Practice.
Ideally the client is looking for the successful applicant to work Monday to Friday. This branch has exceptional potential for growth with a very experienced team in place.

Key Duties

Business development and increase script volume
Provide Pharmacy first and all NHS services
Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pharmacist to bring their own flare into the branch and provide a great working environment for existing staff
Within the branch there is a supervisor, ACT, Dispenser and counter staff
You'll support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
You'll support the Pharmacy Manager in building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries
You'll ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

Package and Benefits

£52,000 per annum
Working Monday to Friday
5 weeks plus bank holiday annual leave

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

GPHC registered Pharmacist
Right to work in the UK
Accredited in Pharmacy first services
Must be enthusiastic about business development
