Experienced software implementation consultants with expertise in Workforce Management software solutions (WFM) are invited to join this successful team within a leading global solutions provider.

You will consult on and deliver to clients the WFM and T&A element of cloud based SaaS solution that incorporates Payroll, T&A, WFM, HR, Talent and Benefits, and will be offered the opportunity to develop skills in the HR (and potentially other) module. Established brand, state of the art software that is continually developed to meet market needs, great reputation, projects and clients of all sizes from SME to large corporate, single continually updated platform. Fantastic company culture of inclusion, support and engagement. Plenty of career development opportunity. Home based role with occasional UK travel to meetings.

Salary according to experience around the £55k to £60k level plus 10% annual bonus paid quarterly and exceptional benefits, including unlimited leave and compressed hours allowing for a fully paid Friday off every fortnight

You must have:

  • experience of delivering workforce management (WFM) or T&A software implementation projects
  • delivered software to external clients of a software vendor or consultancy
  • strong customer management skills, ensuring on time on budget delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction
  • strong consulting skills, advising on business benefits, requirements analysis, business process mapping.
  • excellent WFM familiarity - software, rules, processes and legislation
  • good hands on skills for configuring and testing solutions
  • a desire to play a significant role in a fast growing team
