We Are Footprint are recruitingfor a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join one of the UK's most esteemed Housing Associations, renowned for their commitment to excellence and community well-being.

This long-term role is situated within a flagship site, a testament to the Housing Association's dedication to providing quality homes. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the high standards of living are maintained, especially as the site undergoes necessary and recurring remedial works. Your adeptness at mediation will be invaluable in navigating and resolving any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring that residents feel heard, supported, and satisfied with outcomes.

As the ideal candidate, your interpersonal skills are second to none, enabling you to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of individuals. Your professional background should demonstrate a proven track record of effective liaison within a similar environment, showcasing your ability to manage and communicate complex information with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns with tact and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the site team to facilitate smooth execution of remedial works, minimizing disruption to residents.
- Communicate updates and information to residents, ensuring transparency and fostering a sense of community.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a liaison or customer-facing role, preferably within housing or construction.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with diplomacy and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
