As a senior, seasoned Agency Recruitment professional you will have demonstrable experience of setting up new services and/or penetrating new markets and geographies. Responsibilities:
Service set up
- Service and Team Set Up:
- Establish systems, processes and plans to mobilise the new service
- Attract and onboard a recruitment team to support the growth of the service
Service management and growth
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection:
- Identify, attract, and assess potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the recruitment progress.
- Job Advertising and Marketing:
- Create job descriptions and advertisements.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Negotiation and Offer Management:
- Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the offer management process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing expectations and addressing concerns.
Management:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance targets and goals.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
- Performance Metrics:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team.
- Review data and provide regular reports on team and individual performance.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to understand overall business goals and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on compliance matters.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or a comparable level of work based experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, demonstrating success against targets.
- Proven experience in setting up a new service or penetrating new markets/geographies within an existing service
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Experience or an understanding of the social care, health and/or education sectors would be desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
