Working with the production team the Senior Producer will be responsible for leading and managing projects. With a focus on project management skills the Senior Producer will work collaboratively with team members and clients to fulfill the needs of the projects.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing projects from start to finish
  • Monitoring team progress and maintaining the project schedule
  • Planning of realistic project scope
  • Ensure that all projects finish on-time, adhere to the budget and meet the high-quality

standards required

  • Using good project management techniques to ensure the above
  • Participating in and facilitating meetings with our development partners
  • Working closely with team members to fulfill the needs of the project
  • In addition to the Producer responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the entire project process, from kick-off to wrap, ensuring that critical project dates are met efficiently, and risks are identified, communicated and mitigated
  • Work with the Studio Director and the Senior Teams to develop process around Studio/project running
  • As needed, work with the department heads to facilitate smooth project running
  • Directly manage the Brighton Production team
  • Build and maintain relationships with the client side Production teams (for Brighton

projects)

  • Work with Brighton Production to facilitate the successful kick-off for all projects

assigned to the studio


Key Skills and Experience:

  • A calm and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in working with teams across time zones
  • Experience of working in an agile-inspired environment
  • Competence in relevant technology and software
  • At least three years of experience in a Games Industry leadership-style role with at least one released commercial project on Console, PC, or mobile.
  • Up-to-date with the current project management processes and tools
