Ashley, United Kingdom Pathfinder - IT Recruitment Full time

IT Project Manager experienced with Transport and/or Warehouse Management Systems is required by a major logistics firm near Northampton. On offer is an excellent starting salary of up to £55,000 plus a £5k car allowance, 25 days holiday, private pension, and more.

If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.

In this dynamic role, the IT Project Manager will spearhead key IT systems projects, from cradle to grave, focused on existing site software upgrades and new site installations. You’ll work closely with the subject matter experts, other project managers and senior colleagues, scoping and discovering, evaluating risks and costs, and detailing deliverable benefits, all ahead of practical delivery.

The right IT Project Manager will ideally have existing experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS) in order to understand the challenges and benefits of such systems in a logistics environment. Its likely that you’ll have worked for a transport/logistics firm, retailer, or another major brand with its own fleet and warehouse infrastructure.
