Flagship Store Manager | Sports Retail | Fantastic Salary & Bonus Potential

Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity for a market leading sports retailer in Central London As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for customers to come in to store and receive the best-in-class service.
As a Flagship Store Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop. As a leader you will inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. We want a retailer with either a strong sports retail background or a strong flagship background but with a passion for sports and lifestyle

As the Flagship Store Manager you will be able to recruit, develop, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to new clients and customers. You will set the tone every day for your teams and inspire them to deliver a service to customers that will ensure they come back to the flagship location time and time again.

This fantastic role as a Flagship Store Manager will provide our new manager with a challenge, a high-profile opportunity and the chance to engage with one the largest retailers in the UK.

Responsibilities as a Flagship Store Manager:

· Flagship experience in a retail management role

· Have high visual standards across all store areas

· Drive performance and sales through a world class experience and service

· Be passionate about sport

· Knowledge on sports apparel, footwear and equipment

· Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers

· Enjoy what you do and show this to your team

As Store Manager we are keen to have the following qualities and experiences:

· Flagship experience

· Advantage; exposure to CRM systems and holding events

· Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance

· Has a track record of driving sales and performance

· Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work
