The Role:

A boutique, yet innovative and sustainability focused architecture studio is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to join their creative and collaborative team.


This is a varied role working across all functions of the business including studio administration, HR, finance, and marketing. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team and will be a key person in the business ensuring the studio runs effectively and efficiently. This is a great role for someone dynamic and affable who wants to contribute to cultivating a thriving creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the studio team, promoting company values and maintaining a positive, collaborative atmosphere
  • Actively contribute to the senior management team, ensuring efficient studio operations
  • Conduct all studio administration and coordination
  • Collaborate with external HR consultancy, manage HR software and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, e.g. coordinating staff reviews
  • Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders including IT consultants, insurers and landlord
  • Organise and manage studio events
  • Manage daily finances and staff expense claims with the Finance Director and external accountants
  • Oversee studio logistics and facilities, liaising with external parties where necessary
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to new business and marketing
  • Maintain CRM, databases, and archiving systems


Key Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and encouraging in nature
  • Strong financial literacy
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office
  • Experience with CMAP and Xero desirable
  • A self-motivated problem solver, with an ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for graphics
  • Adaptable, confident, and dynamic
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
