We are looking for chefs with a DBS (or willing to get one) to start as soon as possible This is a temporary position, ideal for chefs who are looking for extra shifts around current commitments, as well as chefs that may want more of an ongoing assignment with the possibility for it to lead to permanent work.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Plan and develop innovative menus that meet customers' preferences and seasonal availability
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
- Supervise food preparation processes to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Cook and prepare dishes with precision and creativity, showcasing culinary expertise
- Provide excellent hospitality to guests, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience

Experience:
- Proven experience working in a busy restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
- Previous experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing culinary operations
- A passion for creating exceptional dishes and delivering top-notch hospitality
