Overview:

As a Supply Chain Specialist based in Cambridge, UK, with hybrid working flexibility, you'll play a crucial role in managing exports, ensuring trade compliance, and navigating regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and enhance import process flows in line with regulations and company policies.
Develop SOPs and KPIs for efficient inbound freight management.
Collaborate with sales to devise customer-specific import procedures.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with governmental agencies.
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and customs/government agencies.
Stay updated on global trade regulations and train employees on compliance.
Organise and maintain client data for system updates and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

BSc/BA or equivalent industry experience in a highly regulated environment
Over 3 years' experience (or equivalent) in customs brokerage, imports/exports, and trade compliance.
Customs Broker License and IATA Certification required.
