Role Overview: As a Manager M&A, you will fast-track your career in a dynamic environment, engaging in a wide variety of Technology M&A projects. You will be part of a small, highly skilled, and driven team that supports a great work-life balance, working on both local and international engagements. Your business, management, and technical skills will be applied across the M&A transaction lifecycle, helping drive business-building initiatives and supporting growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Due Diligence engagements
  • Support clients with Tech financials, including assessing IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations
  • Drive sales in the London Private Equity and Corporate markets
  • Support leadership in building proposals and sales pitches
  • Contribute to practice development and team mentoring
  • Collaborate with Europe-wide teams across various industries
  • Assist in developing and executing the firm’s M&A strategy

Candidate Profile: We are looking for top-performing individuals with the following characteristics and background:

  • Strong experience in M&A advisory roles
  • Hands-on experience leading technology due diligence
  • Proficiency with financials, including IT Opex/Capex, synergy assessment, IT Carve-out costing, benchmarking, and cost estimations
  • Experience working with Private Equity clients and CxO level stakeholders
  • Ability to drive sales and business growth
  • Strong business acumen and resourcefulness
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and ability to mentor juniors
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high-pressure environments typical of transactions
  • Experience delivering high-quality reports and presentations, both written and spoken
  • Experience in IT Separation and Integration management is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • MBA degree is an added advantage
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
