We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of Beauty and Luxury Fashion, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Serve as the main point of contact for assigned luxury fashion and lifestyle brand clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client goals, objectives, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Oversee and optimise digital marketing budgets for assigned clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation to maximise ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges.
- Provide guidance on e-commerce strategies to enhance the client's online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Conduct analysis to derive insights and make recommendations for optimisation
