TFS Healthcare are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a fantastic new opportunity based in Epsom - the role will be split between 3 locations within the general area. This position is an ongoing contract and requires a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
*Key requirements for this role as an Occupational Therapist:*
* Must have HCPC registration
* Previous UK experience in a NHS/Private hospital
* Right to work in the UK
* Experience as a Band 6 or 7 Occupational Therapist
* Car driver with access to your own vehicle
*Responsibilities as an OT:*
* Assessment of patients requiring rehabilitation in their homes
* Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical and cognitive impairments.
* Rapid response for admission
* Moving and handling risk assessment, prescription of equipment
* The role requires strong moving and handling competency and ability to adapt flexibly to rapid response requests
* Ability to liaise with social services / continuing health care/ equipment providers and the MDT
