Job Summary

This role is instrumental in transforming Swissport culture. It will move us towards a culture of people obsession both internally and externally. This role will work collaboratively across the TA & Talent teams ensuring our voice influences processes and decision-making, empowering Regional Leaders to drive positive change though people experience.


Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with Executive Leadership teams, and employees to create and sustain a workplace culture that aligns with organisational values and goals, fosters engagement, and supports the well-being of employees.

• Act as a culture consultant to projects/programs/process designers to maximise the impact of change across the organisation.

• Innovate and experiment with best-in-class ways to drive the cultural shift we desire, encompassing all elements of the people agenda.

• Promote open and transparent communication channels across our global organisation.

• Brings leadership and employee communication expertise to projects focused on accelerating change.

• Brings to life the Swissport story though the power of emotion giving our people a reason to care, to believe in their ability, to drive ambition.

• Aligns teams with the organisation’s mission, vision, and values.

• Speaks in a common language that promotes and live our values bringing to life who we are

• Recognise and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.

• Supporting colleagues across the TA & Talent Teams in bringing our Employee Value Proposition to life.

• Support the development of our careers channels to drive the Employee Value Proposition

• Support development of engagement strategy, proactively managing employee survey process and communications. To build actionable insights to improve the people experience.

• Work closely with specialists in learning, to bringing culture alive through leaning and build aligned programs that drive culture & Employee Value Proposition shifts.

• Organise and manage end of year conference bringing together approx. five hundred of our frontline regional teams in collaboration with our Executive Leadership team to drive objective outcomes.


Qualifications and Skills:

? Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.

? Experience of delivering change/transformation in a large complex organisation.

? Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.

? Experience in designing and leading culture/leadership interventions.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, engage employees, and collaborate with stakeholders.

? Effective project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate engagement programs and initiatives.

? Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making.

? Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
