  • Repairs floor and wall coverings
  • Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and decorating
  • Carpet, Tiles
  • Doors, Locks
  • General Fabric works
  • Plumbing
What youll need.
  • Prior experience in Commercial Building Maintenance - Essential
  • Client facing
  • Reality to undergo Maintenance duties efficiently
