M&E Contract Manager

Lincoln

£50,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance plus package


Opportunity for an M&E Contract Manager to join a long established contract in Lincoln. This is a rare opportunity to take a role where the relationship between the service provider and the client is well established and the team is settled and productive.


In this role you will take responsibility for the contract management of the staff, operations, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and building fabric reactive and PPM services. You will have good inter-personal skills, allowing you to interact daily with clients and customers. The on-site team consists of Supervisors, Contract Support team and a 30-member team of Engineers. This includes Electricians, Gas Engineers, Plumbers, A/C Engineers, Building Fabric Engineers, and Compliance Engineers.


Ideally, you'll have a trade background, and have previous experience managing hard FM contracts in the commercial sector. With a strong background in people management of both directly employed and sub-contracted engineers, as well as health and safety and compliance management.


On offer is a permanent position paying a salary of £50,000 per annum plus car allowance. Package includes 25 days annual leave plus stats, matched pension contributions, life assurance, single private healthcare cover after qualifying period.
