Your Responsibilities:

  • Understanding, analyzing, and refining client briefs with meticulous attention to client expectations.
  • Listening attentively to the needs of all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with client objectives while anticipating future changes.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders and internal project teams to ensure designs align with budgets and technical requirements.
  • Effectively communicating key design aspects to obtain client approvals at each project stage.
  • Professionally presenting commercial benefits to clients.
  • Efficiently communicating design progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Staying abreast of industry design, direction, and legislative developments.
  • Championing creativity and innovation in crafting workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrating knowledge of and interest in sustainable design solutions and associated legislation.
  • Remaining informed about new business trends and best practices.
  • Actively contributing to business development efforts.


Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial office fit-out within Design and Build.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  • Confidence and experience in client-facing roles with exceptional presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines especially during pitches and tenders.
  • Strong technical acumen with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to lead and inspire others towards common objectives.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
