Our client is a global asset manager, covering a broad range of asset classes and strategies, both public and private. They are looking to bolster their public product team with the hire of a Product Developer, focused on ETFs.

The ideal candidate should have experience with developing and managing ETF products within the asset management industry. They should possess a deep understanding of the ETF landscape, including product structuring, regulatory requirements (such as UCITS), and market trends.


Additionally, experience in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and ensuring existing products remain competitive is crucial.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end development of ETF products, from concept to launch.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, such as UCITS.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance existing ETF products to maintain competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proven experience in ETF product development within the asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of ETFs, financial markets, and UCITS regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
